	The House The house is located, a few kilometres north of the historic walled castle town of Ghivizzano, in the Garfagnana and Serchio Valley,  north of Lucca.The house is approached down a long, traditional, surfaced farm drive.   The  house has three floors, the mid-floor entrance leads to the sitting room with double bedroom and en-suite.  Above are two double bedrooms and family bathroom. The ground floor has a modern kitchen with large glass doors opening out on to the roofed veranda that overlooks the private meadow.   Outside, there are various entertainment, sitting and dining areas. The pool area has a BBQ and server, with a large paved sunbathing terrace. An traditional pizza oven stands behind the house.
